01) Is my injury worth claiming for?
It depends on how bad your injury is but any injury with effects lasting more than a few weeks is definitely worth having checked. You can also claim for associated losses like lost earnings.

02) How do I make an enquiry/claim?
Simply fill in our online form or request a callback from us and let us do the rest. We are here to help at every stage of your claim.

03) How long will it take to get some money?
A simple road traffic accident claim can often be sorted in around 6 months although each claim is different and some can take longer especially if there are complicating factors like extremely severe injuries.

04) How much will it cost me?
If we do not win money for you, you do not pay for our work. If we win money for you our fees are paid for by the other side. This is subject to you entering into a “CFA” with our firm.
You receive 100% of your compensation. |

05) What is a “CFA”?
A Conditional Fee Agreement is an agreement between you and us under which you can pursue a compensation claim on a "no win - no fee" basis.

06) How much money will I get?
It is not possible to predict exactly what your claim is worth until we have properly considered your injuries and any associated losses like lost earnings. However, a basic whiplash injury with full recovery within 12 months could be worth up to £2500 for the injury alone. Please see our claims calculator as this gives further information.

07) Do I have to go to Court?
Most claims can be settled without need to actually go to court. There are of course exceptions to this but most insurance companies wish to try and settle claims out of court as this is quicker and is less expensive for them.

08) Do I have to come and see you in person?
No, Due to the technology employed by the firm we can normally deal with the claim entirely by telephone, e-mail and post. This allows us to deal with your claim in a more prompt and professional manner.

09) If I was in a road traffic accident and there were 4 people in the car would they all have
a potential claim? |
Yes. They could all have a potential case and each would be looked at individually.

10) Will I be able to claim if I have not got the drivers full details?
Yes, it is not a problem to claim, even if you do not have the driver’s details. The only thing required is the vehicle registration number.

11) Is having a witness necessary?
It will help your case to have a witness(es) but it is not necessary or mandatory.

12) I had an accident at work. What should I do?
Ans- Report the incident to your line manager and note it in the workplace incident reporting book. Call AA Claims and we can advise you step by step.
